Very courteous attorney

I have never in my life and believe will never meet such a very courteous attorney as Mr. Frank Butler. I was referred to Frank by another law firm who would not handle my case involving getting a refund from a cruise line due to the pandemic outbreak. Unfortunately, Mr. Butler tried but was unsuccessful do to the ships registry but tried several days. On my initial talk with Frank he informed me there would be no charge and after days of trying I offered him compensation but said no. He is going to be my future attorney for all legal matters.
