Jana Cortina and her staff were professional, caring, and knowledgeable. She helped my elderly parents navigate through an extremely difficult time in their lives post an accident that left my father incapacitated and my mom on her own since I live and work in the Midwest and was only able to be present sporadically. I greatly appreciate the compassion and patience that was shown by Sandy and Jana.
